BodenPR is looking for its next star intern.
As such, we invite all candidates to submit one 140 character news pitch in Spanish positioning this No.2 pencil. It can be anything you like - a product launch, a seasonal tie-in, a community relations idea, a media stunt - anything. All you have to do is find a great news angle that will eventually convince the journalist to write a story about the No.2 pencil. We believe that if you can persuade a Hispanic journalist in 140 characters, you have what it takes to be a superb PR professional.
Details of Internship:
- Support team in the development and roll out of PR campaigns for clients on both a local and nationwide level
- Develop and update media lists
- Aid in the development of clip reports
- Support staff on administrative tasks
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for clients in U.S Hispanic and General Market space
- Develop relationships with key journalists in both the English and Spanish language markets on a local and nationwide level
- Work towards full-time position
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and in Spanish (essential)
- Working towards university degree
- Previous experience at PR agency (preferred, but not required)
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Work well in a group environment
